No striker that would score you 15-20 goals a season, a reliance on some loan players e.g. Schlupp, Neilson or Tudor Jones & a starting eleven that constantly changed. However, Rosler has used the transfer market well to make what looks like a squad that could challenge for promotion or more realistically, the play offs. Add this to former Watford players in keeper Richard Lee & central midfielder Toumani Diagouraga, Charlton targets Karleigh Osbourne & Leon Legge & goal scoring midfielder Myles Weston & you have an impre sive squad.When Gus Poyet took over at Brighton, they had been battling against relegation for a few seasons & like Brentford, looked like the club was going nowhere.
